This means that you are buying a bottle from a Maltdaq member (based in the UK) and we need a few days more to get it from them before verifying it, re-packing and sending it on to you.

We organise all that in the background so you can sit back and look forward to your special bottle arriving in about 4-7 working days.

We have vast experience of packing hundreds of different types of whisky to ensure that they reach you in perfect condition.

Robust and sturdy outer packaging is essential to withstand the rough and tumble of a courier journey but equally valuable is the cushioned inner packaging that prevents vibration and friction.

We carefully assess each bottle and customise our approach according to needs - different cushioning, different wrapping and different boxes are all used to protect a fragile bottle but also any gift packaging.

We appreciate just how important it is to receive your whisky in perfect condition to maintain its collectability and potential resale value. 

No Quibble 14 Days Returns Policy

We want you to be 100% happy with your order and it is our aim to ensure that all products supplied to all customers arrive in perfect condition. You have the right to cancel your order at any time without being charged for the goods ordered within 14 days of purchasing.

If you have received your order and are unhappy with any of the products ordered, we will happily refund your money or exchange the products provided that you inform us of your intention to return the products within 14 days from the date of your order being delivered. However, we will only reimburse the cost of returning items where they were delivered in error or the items were damaged or defective.

Any products must be returned to us in good condition and in the original packaging. All refunds will be paid within 14 days of receiving the returned product(s).

To start a return, you can contact us at support@maltdaq.com. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

This means that prices reflect the daily market fluctuations on Maltdaq. We will guarantee a price only until midnight on the day of viewing.
