Delivery is free for all bottles sent to UK addresses - we do ship internationally as well (International Shipping)
We appreciate that couriers sometimes make mistakes and loss or damage can happen in a very small number of cases - in order to protect you from this we insure every parcel for loss or damage on your behalf at no extra cost.
MLDQ is a shop but it has a slightly different way of sourcing the whiskies that we sell. We are the sister site to maltdaq.com, which is a live exchange for new release whiskies (a bit like a stock market). This means that you are buying a bottle from a Maltdaq member (based in the UK) and we need a few days more to get it from them before verifying it, re-packing and sending it on to you.
We organise all that in the background so you can sit back and look forward to your special bottle arriving in about 4-7 working days in the UK and 6-16 working days outside the UK.
