For all deliveries made to countries outside of the UK, UK VAT will not be charged.
In some cases your order will be subject to local sales taxes and duties upon arrival in the delivery country. These are calculated and levied at the time the package clears local customs.
All additional charges (for example, duty, VAT or import fees) are the responsibility of the recipient.
Customs policies vary widely from country to country, and the MLDQ Shop has no control over these charges. You should contact your local customs office for further information.
UPS (our parcel courier) will request payment of local charges from the recipient. The recipient will need to make payment before the delivery is made.
Refusal to pay the local import duties and taxes will result in the goods being either destroyed by customs or being returned to sender at the cost of the consignee. These costs will be deducted from any refund owed. If your order is being held (either by UPS or at your local customs office) you will be able to determine this from the information viewable through the tracking process.
